This was a very delapidated industrial unit where plans were made to change it into a Co-Op as well as other shop units with Flats above.

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd worked with the main contractor providing Price Estimates for the works involved. Two options were provided for a feasibility study; New Build and Total Refurbishment.
