Nuffield Health Gym

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd worked closely with a specialist contractor on this project. The gym, which was based in Canary Wharf under the Barclays Bank offices, required complete refit and refurbishment.

The cost estimate had to cover the ongoing challenge of keeping areas of the gym live and working out of hours in order to cause minimum disruption to gym members.

Refit and Refurbishment was required for all areas including; walls, ceilings, M & E, Graphics, Gym Equipment, Changing Rooms, Studios and Main Gym Areas.
