Quantity Surveying & Project Management, were commissioned by a main contractor to assist in compiling a final account for the construction works of two adjacent dwellings in Orpington, Kent.

The works comprised of a 1st floor extension to one property and demolition of adjacent bungalow and the new build construction of a new three storey dwelling.
