Cumberland Villa – Tender estimate for a main contractor in Bath

We had the pleasure in travelling to the beautiful historic city of Bath.

Our obligations were to formulate an estimate sum for a refurbishment internally & externally of a grade two listed manor house located in the centre of Bath. Built from traditional Bath stone, the property was a snapshot from the roman eras. The property served as a working one, as the owners rents the property out, with all its beauty and charm, to host private functions or photo shoots.

However, due to the picturesque nature and surroundings, planning constraints were stringent and we had to take them into account at every step of the estimate. The estimate was then handed over to our client for them to propose.
