Core to the function of our business is the preparation and production of bills of quantities (BOQ).

Our specialist team has delivered in excess of 800 projects with a combined total value of over £3.5 billion.

With over 30 years of combined experience in the preparation and production bills of quantities and a combined 80 years of construction experience, we are well placed to provide you with a BOQ to the highest possible standard and in the agreed timescale.

We believe bill production is at the forefront to ensuring any construction work is priced timely and accurately and we try to nurture the belief that we are part of your estimating team and not separated from it.

Each BOQ is completely tailored to our client’s requirements and to industry standards, either SMM7, NRM2 or CESMM4.

Our team are able to quickly identify any gaps in the design and recommend appropriate solutions ensuring the final bill produced will accurately reflect the design. In turn, the contractor is able to price the project accurately without any unexpected additional costs emerging.

 Cost Plans

We understand that during the early development of any construction project, commercial input is more important now than it has ever been. The ability to vet initial budgets and identify any potential issues early on within the construction process ensures gives maximum opportunity for these to be resolved and more importantly client expectations managed.

Our qualified and experienced team, whilst working alongside your professional team, are able to produce initial cost plans bespoke to your development. As the project grows and takes shape we are able to either develop and refine the cost plan to suit or alternatively pass this onto the bill preparation team for a full BOQ.

 Estimating & Tendering

As part of our pre-construction team development we are now able to offer a bespoke support service in regards to estimating and tendering.

Our in house estimating team are able to lend their vast estimating experience to any projects you may have.
