Clarendon Road Car Park

Following on from our successful contract with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd have again been commissioned to carry out similar works for another of their car parks, this time in Redhill, Surrey.

The project specification was for the total refurbishment of the car park, however in this case, no structural repairs were required.

A cost plan was prepared based upon a brief provided by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, a physical site survey and information provided by specialist trade contractors.

The extent of the refurbishment included; new line markings of bays, new signage, redecoration of soffits and walls, structural repairs on top decks, carpentry, new lighting, new elevators, and general cleaning.
