QSPM offered a professional quantity surveying service to a developer wanting to refurbish an existing block of offices to residential flats.

We begun by forming a cost plan, scheduling out each package of works and quantifying them. We then assigned our costs to them to advice the client of a budget for the construction works. Once the client was satisfied that our proposed costs were feasible, we went out to tender the project to a handful of Main Contractors. Analysis of the tender returns was carried out and a recommendation was proposed to our client of who we feel was most appropriate to be awarded the contract.
