Recent New Commissions:
This year has got off to an incredible start and our year continues to go well.
Our recent regulation by RICS, and our ISO, Construction Line and CHAS accreditations are deemed essential to AML's growth and we are so pleased to be able to have such standing.
We, at AML (Southern) Ltd, are pleased to announce our latest new commissions:
- Reigate and Banstead: PQS and Cost consultancy services for the major refurbishment of an existing bungalow in Epsom Downs.
- Main Contractor: Comprehensive Tender Estimate for a property in East Horsley. AML (Southern) Ltd are contracted to carry out take-off and apply rates for a complete remit of works which involves Internal and External Refurbishment and a single-storey, rear side extension.
- Masonary Trade Contractor: The commission is for measurement, take-off and commercial advice for 2 plots; new build detached private dwellings in Guildford.

Our latest CPD & Training - How it helps us to help you
AML (Southern) Ltd are committed to providing their Trainee Quantity Surveyors with opportunities for learning that not only supports their studies, but also our client projects. Likewise, our Director places a considerable amount of importance on Continuous Professional Development of his team.
Recent CPD included a Quigg Golden Construction Solicitors' session on Strategies for Contract Negotiations so that AML (Southern) Ltd remains to be best placed to assist clients, provide advice and keep up to date with the current legislation and case law.
A CPD Session with the Southern Building Control Partnership covered Timber Joists Building Technology. Furthering team members' technical knowledge will aid in their provision of Quantity Surveying services and a better understanding of related projects.
